- Congratulations to Burnie Haney for winning the NYTBF even on Chaumont Bay with a 5 fish limit of smallmouth weighing 23.80lbs. Kevin Grist took home the coangler honors with his limit of smallies weighing 18.95lbs. Tom Luciano took home boater lunker honors with a 5.75lb beauty. - Congratulations to Dan Murphy
for winning the boater division of the NYTBF event on Lake Champlain out of Pt. Au Rouche, with an impressive 19.75lb bag. Dan also took home boater lunker honors with a 4.85lb smallie. Plattsburgh Fishing Team member Ted Appleton took home non-boater honors with his 17.00lb bag. Non-boater lunker went to Kevin Grist with a 4.40lb bass. - Important Note:
Due to the date of the Northeast BFL Super Tournament and TBF Eastern divisional, no divisional angler will be allowed to fish the 2nd day of the BFL Super (Sunday), as according to official TBF Divisional rules, this is an official practice day and as such, no divisional angler can be on tournament water with anyone other than another divisional angler. The NYTBF did request an exemption, but the request was denied. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us with any questions.
